Ro-Tel Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1 (10 oz) can Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes with green chilies
3 to 4 green onions (chopped)
Preparation

Beat cream cheese with mixer until soft and smooth.
Add tomatoes, slowly mixing with fork. (I didn't use all the juice.) Add onions to mixture. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serve with large corn chips.
