Zucchini Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 onions, chopped
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. basil leaves
    2 Tbsp. celery leaves
    2 medium zucchini
    2 small potatoes
    3 green peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. fresh green beans, cooked
    1 c. cooked carrots
    fresh grated cheese, if wanted
Preparation
    In large skillet heat oil, onion, tomatoes, celery leaves and basil.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Stir in cooked beans and carrots for 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
