Potluck Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Shape into balls.
Brown in skillet or microwave.
Prepare sauce and pour over top.
Keep warm until ready to serve.
Makes approximately 3 dozen.
