Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1 medium green pepper, minced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Toss vegetables in
a
large
bowl
until evenly mixed. Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly; toss gently with cabbage mixture.
Refrigerate 24 hours and serve cold.
