Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans lima beans
    liquid from beans plus water to make 1/2 c.
    1 large red onion
    1 red pepper
    4 green onions
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    4 Stripples, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine diced onion and pepper.
    Mix mushroom soup and liquid.
    Pour soup mixture over vegetables in saucepan; heat while stirring.
    Blend sour cream and salt and add to soup mixture.
    Add lima beans.
    Pour mixture into a 6 cup casserole dish.
    Top with crumbled Stripples and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes until topping is light brown.
