Hot Barbecue Franks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. fat
1/3 c. minced onion
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
8 franks
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Saute onion until tender in fat in skillet.
Add paprika, pepper, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and vinegar.
Slit franks lengthwise, arrange in baking dish.
Pour sauce into slits.
Bake 20 minutes, basting often.
Makes 4 servings.
