Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. boiling water
celery salt
1 tsp. minced onion
Preparation

Make a thin white sauce with salt, pepper, milk and flour. Combine potatoes, water and onion.
Cook until tender.
Add white sauce and season to taste with salt, pepper and celery salt. Makes 4 servings.
