Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    3 c. skim milk
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 slices bread, broken up
    1 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
Preparation
    Grease pan with margarine.
    Soak raisins in water.
    Layer bread in pan.
    Heat milk and raisins.
    Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Add cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Pour egg mixture and milk over bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pudding is done when knife comes out clean.
    Yield: 15 servings.
    Carbohydrate 22 g, protein 5 g, fat 3 g, calories 147.
    One serving = 1 bread starch exchange, 1/2 fruit exchange, 1/2 meat exchange.
