Pineapple-Crowded Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. oleo, melted
2 medium bananas, sliced
lemon juice
2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced (or other fruit)
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine graham crackers and sugar, stirring in melted oleo until well blended.
Press evenly into pie plate (9-inches), forming high edges.
Dip banana slices in lemon juice, arrange in a layer in pie crust.
Top with sliced strawberries (or desired fruit).
