Holly Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cut in wedges
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, chicken seasoning and Parmesan cheese together.
    Roll in mixture until the potatoes are covered.
    Place in baking dish.
    Put 1 stick of margarine over the potatoes.
    Bake for 1 hour at 400\u00b0, or until done.
