Satsuma Age #2(Fish Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. white fish (fillet)
    1/2 block tofu
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Mirin
    1 tsp. salt
    dash ajinomoto
    2 eggs, beaten
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Optional:
    Thinly sliced gobo and carrots may be added, even green onion!
