Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh corn
2 eggs
1 c. thin cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and flour; beat until smooth. Add corn and stir in cream.
Pour in a greased baking dish.
Bake slowly for 30 minutes or until done.
Stir from the bottom several times while baking.
