Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
Stir in the remaining three.
Spread mixture in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Blend in small bowl 2 cups brown sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa.
Sprinkle over top of batter.
Pour over all 3 1/2 cups hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
