Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Place sugar, corn syrup and peanuts in 1 1/2-quart container (or a 4-cup measuring cup).
Cook four minutes on Full power. Stir.
Cook four minutes more.
Stir in vanilla and margarine. Cook one minute more.
Blend in baking soda well.
Pour onto buttered pan, such as cookie sheet.
Let set.
When cool, break into pieces.
