Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Carol Shelby's chili spice mix
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 cans salsa style stewed tomatoes
    2 cans Bush's Best chili hot beans
    2 cans tomato sauce (14 1/2 oz.)
    2 cans tomato paste
    2 medium onions
    3 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat; add onions, then drain well.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Top with cheese and sour cream as desired.
    Serves 12.
