Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. ground beef or venison
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (27 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    1 egg
    15 oz. cottage or Ricotta cheese
    12 oz. grated Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add water, salt and sauce to meat; bring to a boil.
    In separate bowl, beat egg with fork and add cheeses.
    Mix well.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer hot sauce, uncooked noodles, cheese, sauce, noodles, cheese, sauce, noodles and end with sauce covering the top.
    Cover pan tightly with foil and bake 1 hour.
    Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
    Remove pan from oven and let stand for 10 minutes on shelf prior to serving.
