Flounder With Spinach And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flounder fillets or any fish fillets
1/2 lb. fresh spinach
1 c. grated Cal-Jack cheese or any mild cheese
seasoned bread crumbs
butter
dry white wine
Preparation

Line each fillet with spinach leaves and cheese; roll up. Assemble in baking dish with edge on bottom of roll.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Place dots of butter on each.
Pour wine (amount varies per taste) into dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until done.
(Flaky is too well done; should be just fork-tender.)
