Spaghetti With Zucchini-Beef Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. small zucchini, sliced
    2 medium tomatoes, quartered
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Brown beef and garlic in skillet. Add next 4 ingredients and cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until well mixed. Add seasonings; cover and simmer 30 minutes. Taste and correct seasoning. Cook spaghetti. Serve sauce over hot spaghetti. Makes 6 servings.
