Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Russet potatoes
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins on until just tender. Cool, remove skins and shred.
    Mix potatoes, sour cream, onions, salt, pepper and 3/4 cup cheese.
    Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
