Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts with bones and skin
    1 c. regular long grain rice
    1 can low-fat cream of celery soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Place aluminum foil in bottom of casserole pan (making clean up easier).
    Place and spread rice in bottom of pan.
    Add chicken breasts.
    Mix soup and water together and pour on top of chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
