Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 cooking apples
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
Preparation

Wash, pare and quarter apples.
Steam until tender.
Combine the flour and tapioca; pat into the bottom and sides of an unbaked pie shell.
