Green Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 doz. tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can diced tomatoes
1 dash cayenne pepper
Preparation

Dip tortillas into hot oil until soft.
Stuff with cooked meat and sauteed onion.
Mix together remaining ingredients and melt over low heat.
Pour over rolled tortillas and cover with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
