Pepper Steak Roast Grilled - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boneless chuck roast 2-in. thick
1/2 c. Italian dressing
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Pierce chuck roast on both sides and sprinkle with meat tenderizer.
Place in bowl and pour Italian dressing and lemon juice over meat.
Marinate overnight.
Next day, rub meat with 2 tablespoons pepper and cook 2 hours on Webber grill turning every 15 minutes.
