Connie'S Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Martha White self-rising cornmeal mix
    3/4 c. Martha White flour (self-rising)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Heat oil in iron skillet.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add egg and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Add hot oil; stir.
    Pour batter into skillet; bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
