Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sauerkraut
1 3/4 to 2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. chopped onion
1 jar diced pimento
Preparation

Drain and wash sauerkraut.
Dissolve sugar in vinegar.
Mix all ingredients and store overnight in refrigerator.
Will keep for a week.
