Shaker Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large lemons, sliced paper thin
4 well beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Slice lemons paper thin and combine with sugar.
Let stand 2 hours or longer.
Add eggs.
Place in pie shell and cover with crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cool.
