Oriental Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. butter or oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 to 2 c. diced celery
2/3 to 1 c. raw rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 to 2 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts
1/4 c. cashew nuts or 1 can Chinese noodles
Preparation

Brown beef in butter in deep kettle.
Add remaining ingredients, except cashew nuts.
Pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
Add cashew nuts and bake additional 30 minutes.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
