Louisiana Seafood Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    seafood (you may use any kind you like; shrimp, crab, scallops, lobster)
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 bell pepper (red, green or yellow)
    1 large onion
    1 or 2 cloves garlic
    red pepper to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Prepare seafood (cook shrimp, etc.).
    Saute pepper, onion and garlic in butter until tender.
    Place seafood in one layer in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle pepper, onion and garlic mixture over seafood.
