Snappy Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. crisp rice cereal
Preparation
    Combine cheese and margarine; cream until smooth, using electric mixer.
    Add pepper, mustard and flour; mix well.
    Stir in rice cereal.
    Form dough into small balls; flatten with a fork to make wafers.
    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Store in airtight container.
    Yield:
    About 3 dozen.
