Sweet 'N Sour Stir-Fried Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef flank steak
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from beef. Cut beef with grain into 2-inch strips. Cut strips across grain into 1/8-inch slices.
