Wood Chuck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. milk
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 large can Chinese noodles
    1 small green pepper, finely chopped
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Make cheese sauce by combining milk, butter, flour and cheese. Do not boil.
    Blend well; saute mushrooms and green pepper in small amounts of butter.
    Toss all ingredients over warmed Chinese noodles.
