Dark Chocolate Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    3/4 c. heavy cream (6 oz.)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    In a 1-quart glass bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, cocoa and cream.
    Mix well.
    Add butter.
    Heat well.
    Stir in top of double boiler or heat in microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring once, until well mixed and sugars are dissolved. Stir in vanilla and salt.
    Serve hot over ice cream, cake or fruits.
    Can cool and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
    Reheat in microwave on Low for 1 to 2 minutes until of good pouring consistency.
    Makes 1 3/4 cups.
