Caramel Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. milk
    4 c. popped corn
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, stir brown sugar into water until dissolved.
    Bring to a boil and boil gently for 5 minutes (will begin to thicken).
    Remove from heat and stir in milk.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Pour cooled caramel syrup over popcorn.
    Spray hands with nonstick cooking spray and form into balls.
    Makes 8 caramel popcorn balls.
    Don't serve popcorn to children under 4, as it poses a choking hazard.
