My Mom'S Yummy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 c. carrots, shredded
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine
flour,
sugar,
soda,
cinnamon, salt and oil. Then beat in the eggs, one at a time.
Beat in the carrots and vanilla. Pour
into 2 greased 9-inch cake pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for
30 minutes. When cool, frost with icing prepared as follows.
