4 Granny Smith apples
1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated flaky biscuits (buttermilk flavor)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Peel, core and slice apples.
Combine apple slices, caramel topping and flour in bowl.
Spoon into deep baking dish.
Peel apart each biscuit into 2 thinner biscuits; place on top of apples.
Drizzle butter over biscuits.
Combine sugar and coconut; sprinkle over biscuits.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
