Vegetable Lasagne(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    9 lasagne noodles, uncooked
    2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, cook onion, celery and green pepper in margarine.
    Add tomatoes, water and seasonings.
    Boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer on low, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Add 3/4 Mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth.
