Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    9-inch deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and milk together.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for about 1/2 to 1 hour or until knife comes out clean when inserted in center of pie.
