Spicy Gazpacho(No Fat, Low Sodium) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz. each) cans unsalted stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 medium onion, peeled and chopped (1 1/2 c.)
    1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped (3/4 c.)
    1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped (3/4 c.)
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 c. chopped chives or green onion tops
    2 lemons, quartered
Preparation
    In blender, pour entire contents of 1 can of tomatoes and only juice from the second can. Dice tomatoes from second can and set aside. Add onion, bell pepper, cucumber, garlic, onion powder, hot sauce and black pepper. Blend until pureed.
    Pour mixture into large bowl.
    Add diced tomatoes and mix well. Chill well.
