Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped, cooked and drained
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    3 drops Tabasco
    1 1/2 rolls garlic cheese, sliced
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add onion and cook until clear.
    Add spinach. Stir in soup and seasonings.
    Pour 1/2 mixture into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with layer of cheese, then mushrooms and almonds.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Stir well; refrigerate when cool.
    Reheat for party.
    Serve with Melba rounds.
