Infallible Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    8 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Cream
    shortening
    and sugar until smooth.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add flour; stir well. Then
    add
    flavorings.
    Bake
    in
    a greased tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
