Party Polenta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
2 small onions, chopped
1 large can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
4 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute beef and onions in deep saucepan; stir occasionally until beef is browned.
Drain off fat.
Pour into 3-quart casserole.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, salt and hot sauce.
Prepare muffin mix as package directs.
Spread over top of casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is brown.
Yield: 12 servings.
