1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix with yeast packet
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. hot water
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

kosher salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Combine hot roll mix, yeast packet, mustard and cheese. Add water, 1 egg and butter, stirring until blended. Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface and knead 5 minutes or until smooth. Cover and let rest 5 minutes. Cut dough into 18 pieces. Roll each piece of dough on a lightly floured surface into a 14-inch rope. Twist into a pretzel shape. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with remaining egg and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 14 minutes or until golden. Serve warm. Makes 18 rolls.
