Homemade Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    4 Tbsp. Crisco (lard)
    1 c. boiling water or milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix yeast with water.
    Add sugar, salt and Crisco into a large bowl.
    Mix in boiling liquid (cool).
    Add egg and yeast mixture. Add 3 cups of flour.
    Knead on floured surface until it makes soft elastic dough.
    Oil dough and let rise.
    Punch down to make into rolls and let rise until double in bulk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in a greased pan for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
