Acorn Squash With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 acorn squash
    1 pkg. Stouffer's escalloped apples
    butter
    1/2 lb. cooked Italian sausage
Preparation
    Halve the acorn squash; remove seeds.
    Brush with butter and fill with thawed escalloped apples.
    Bake in baking dish at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Top with crumbled Italian sausage.
    Serves 4.
