Pecan Catfish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 catfish fillets
1 c. ground pecans
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the milk, Dijon mustard and cayenne pepper.
Dip fillets into mustard mixture.
Then dip into ground pecans, shaking off excess.
Place on oiled baking sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes and pecans are browned.
