2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In large bowl combine applesauce, sugars, vanilla and Egg Beaters until well blended.
Add flour mixture and stir until well blended.
Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 9 to 11 minutes, until edges are golden brown. Makes 5 dozen cookies; 67 calories per serving, 1.7 fat per serving.
