Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    3 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    3 to 4 c. milk
    1 c. Cheez Whiz plus 2-inches Velveeta cheese or 4-inches Velveeta cheese
    18 medium potatoes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins about 1 hour, cool and peel.
    Melt butter in microwave, blend in flour and seasonings.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add milk and cook until thickened (approximately 8 minutes).
    Add cheese and heat until melted.
    Dice potatoes and place in baking dish; cover with sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until browned and heated thoroughly.
