Marinated Hamsteak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham steak
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork.
    Combine pineapple juices, garlic powder, chili powder and oregano.
    Pour over pork.
    Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or longer.
    Remove pork from marinade (marinade can be added to the cooking liquid for noodles or rice).
    Broil 2 to 4-inches from heat source, for almost 5 minutes each side.
    Serves 4.
