Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. crumbled breakfast sausage
8 oz. cheese (American, Velveeta or your choice), grated
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 qt. milk
12 slices buttered toast
bread crumbs
8 eggs
Preparation

Grease and line 9 x 13-inch pan with bread crumbs.
Place layer of toast.
Brown and drain sausage; put thin layer of sausage and cheese on toast.
Repeat process until all is used, two layers each.
Beat eggs with salt and pepper and milk.
Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Yields 12 servings.
