Cherry Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/3 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    1 box vanilla wafers
    1 can cherry pie filling or other fruit
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together.
    Place baking cups in muffin pan.
    Place one vanilla wafer in each cup. Fill approximately 2/3 full with cream cheese mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes; cool.
    Top with pie filling; refrigerate.
